How Do I Submit My Work ?

Log in to your portal, click on “My Courses”, then click on the course title relevant to your study.

This will open the dashboard for that course. In the top right corner of the dashboard is a “submit your work” button. Simply click this and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

If I Fail An Quiz Can I Retake It?

Yes, you can retake the quiz.

What Do I Receive Once I Enrol ?

You will receive login details to our Online Course section. Here you will be able to access your course materials.

Is There A Time Limit Or Any Deadlines?

Your studies should be completed within 12 months.As a rough guide, depending on your circumstances and commitment, you can complete your studies in about 50 study hours. There are no other deadlines to meet.

Do I Need A Computer To Complete My Studies?

Yes, you will need access to email and the internet to access your materials, submit quiz.

Who Is This For?

Anybody with a reasonable standard of general education will be able to cope with the academic demands. If you can read and write well enough to complete a job application, and have a good grasp of basic english you should have no problems. The learning materials are written in everyday english language and the answers to your quiz will be completed in the same style. In addition to the comprehensive learning materials provided.

Is It Accredited?

This is a non-regulated qualification endorsed

Although the learning materials are comprehensive and informative, we do expect you to carry out your own investigations. After all, if you are not prepared to do your own research, you should be asking yourself if this is the right subject choice for you!

Your work is not graded; Quiz are simply identified as Pass, Fail or Referred. For Quiz not passed at first attempt, your will need to retake to obtain a Pass on a reworking. A certificate of achievement will be issued by Retail with Success Awards on successful completion of all the quiz.

From 19 May 2017 – If attendees need to cancel their claims, they can do so up till the course start date itself. Attendees can withdraw out from their course once the course commences, but there will be no refund of the course fee.

  1. Do Note that each Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident is only entitled to enjoy SSG subsidy once for each Non-WSQ course. Hence, if you take the same Non-WSQ course the second time, you will no longer enjoy any subsidy from SSG, and would have to pay the full course fee.

 

  1. SkillsFuture Credit claim payable to AMG concept Pte Ltd must be submitted to skillsFuture Credit portal at www.skillsfuture.sg/credit , using singPass, at least 14 working days, before the start of class.

 

  1. Course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of course to take place for as the remaining amount if would be unable claimed for skillsfuture payable by paypal or bank transfer which was been paid to AMG Concept Pte Ltd.

 

  1. Participant who wishes to defer his/her course should note he/she unable to do so because of the training is a online LMS ELearning system.

 

  1. There will be no refund of course for withdrawal of course registration, once payment has been made.

 

  1. Attendance is very important to achieve maximum learning outcomes or benefits from the training programme, course participant is required to attend 100% of the online class.

As skillsfuture credit rule is that you need to start courses based on the stated date and complete the course.

 

  1. On completion of each course, participant will receive Certificate issue by Retail with Success Coach (AMG Concept Pte Ltd)

 

  1. To give consent to the Retail with success coach (AMG Concept Pte Ltd) and/ or Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) or its appointed agent to contact for the purpose of sending course/ up skilling information and obtaining feedback on the effectiveness of training and its application to the workplace, including details of the employment.

With effect from 19 May 2017, the default payment mode for all courses is for individuals to pay for the SkillsFuture Credit directly to Training Providers within 60 days before the course starting dates (date inclusive).

Upon activation of your SkillsFuture Credit account, you can apply to use your credit to pay directly to the training provider by the course start date (date inclusive). Before logging into your account, you will need to have your SingPass ID, password, the name of training provider, course title, and course start date.

For Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) offered by overseas Training Providers, you may pay the course fees upfront and submit the claim for reimbursement to self within 90 days after course start date. Such courses will reflect the “Pay to My Bank Account” option in the SkillsFuture Credit Portal when you make a claim. Payment will be received by you within 7 days upon your claim approval. Please take note that it is mandatory for you to submit supporting documents (detailing the course fee, government subsidy, receipt/net course fee payable (inclusive of GST) and applicants’ name as per NRIC) for your claim.

If this is the first time that you are applying to use your credit, you will be prompted to update your information, including your bank account details under “My Profile” in the SkillsFuture Credit Portal.

 

Can I submit a claim without registering for a course? (SFC Eligible only)

No. Please do register for a course with a training provider first before submitting a claim. You will need your course details (e.g. course start date, course ID, training provider) before you can submit a claim.

Please note that individuals who provide false claims without attending/signing up for any courses are in breach of Section 58 of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act which carries a maximum penalty of $10,000 fine and imprisonment of up to 12 months or both.

 

Do I have to submit supporting documents when I submit a claim? (SFC Eligible only)

You are required to submit supporting documents (detailing the course fee, government subsidy, receipt/net course fee payable (inclusive of GST) and applicants’ name as stated on NRIC) at the point of claim submission at ‘Submit a Claim’ page (Proof of payment e.g. registration confirmation or acknowledgement slips, official receipts). You may upload up to 10 documents with a maximum file size of 5MB per document. The supported file types are pdf, doc, xls, tif, jpg, png.

For MOOC, you may also submit proof of participation during claim submission within 90 days after the course start date.

Please also ensure that you keep the relevant supporting documents for at least 6 months.

I have submitted the wrong claim details,Can I edit the claim submission? (SFC Eligible only)

I have submitted the wrong claim details (e.g. training provider, course name, course fee amount, claim amount, supporting documents). Can I edit the claim submission?

No. If you have submitted the wrong claim details, please cancel the claim submission and submit a new one with the correct details.

Can I get a refund for the credit that I have used for a course, if I am unable to attend the course or did not complete the course? (SFC Eligible only)

Is not able to, you should cancel your claim submission in the SkillsFuture Credit Portal before the course start date.

If your course has started and you are unable to complete it, you will need to contact the training provider for information about the training provider’s refund policy.

There will be no refunds after course date has started.

What happens if an individual has already paid for a course in full and wishes to use the SkillsFuture Credit subsequently? (SFC Eligible only)
