Jeffrey T.E.H an Author, entrepreneur, founder of AMG Concept Pte Ltd-a marketing management consulting firm in Singapore.

The founder has over 25 years of experience in Retail, Sales, Marketing, IT industry and is certified by WSQ with the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He has accumulated valuable knowledge in the field of marketing with 12 years of International business, online marketing, and E-commerce business experience.

In the early 1990s, the Founder started fascinating the Retail Industry environment. When he was working in a Japan retail store in the past, there were no books and training courses on retail in Singapore. Therefore, based on his working experience in Japan retail store (SOGO, HANDS DIY), he decided to write a book on retail, named Retail with Success.

He started to research the best practices from colleagues and friends in the retail industry. It took five years to complete and in 2004, the book ‘Retail with Success’ was published.

He continued to publish other books: ‘E-Commerce Know How for Retailer’, ‘Retail Killer Sales Pitch’.

 

 

 

The Trainer ChunHua

ChunHua graduated with Dip in Business Informatics, which was best of both world, ‘Business + IT’.  She also had serval certificates in Sales and Marketing.

In her previous company JCHS- under the brand name of MobileJuice. In that company, she was in charge of the business’ development. The products focused were Apple accessories and laptop bags. She managed to sell the accessories to Apple UK, an online store. She also handled local and International sales. Countries include Japan, Korea, Australia, Philippines, USA, Netherland, Germany, Ireland, etc. In addition, she has past experiences in handling local retail shops and department chain stores such as Best Denki and Popular.

In AMG Concept, the products are OEM Projects and laptop bags. She oversees the operation, accounts, and logistics, which includes sourcing for good quality products, arranging shipment from the supplier, packing the goods, delivering to the customer and many more.

When the company changed their business model to service instead of selling products, she would be the project manager and trainer. Also, ChunHua handles e-commerce projects, digital marketing, website designs and developing of the company’s software – CRM.

As a trainer, she trains customers on how to implement and use e-commerce more efficiently and effectively.

With vast experience in sales, marketing, operation, logistics, and accounts, she would like to help more people to achieve the next level.
