The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any online e-learning training courses (Terms and conditions)
All Course Material is subject to Copyright and may not be downloaded, copied or redistributed by any means to other parties.
The advantage of RWS Training is that each Candidate can work through the material in his or her own time, can go over the material as many times as necessary, is tested for knowledge and understanding of the subject matter and gets credit at the end for successful completion of the Course
There is no limit to how many times you log on or look at the material.
Some courses may require downloading or to be posted to you, and the cost per course is specified below.
Prices quoted are inclusive of training material (where necessary) and the certificate of Completion.
Shipping & Delivery
AMG Concept Pte Ltd delivers training at its training centers, on-site or online. There is no shipping of its services.
Cancellation &Refund
AMG Concept Pte Ltd has a no refund policy. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Online price errors
If we discover an error in the price of courses purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g. prior to the course being assigned).
We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled.
If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
